Face Mists Face mists can serve multiple purposes and are often overlooked. Face mists can be used in so many ways that even I, an efficiency nerd, am excited about them. Face mists can be used to moisturize, set makeup, refresh and revive, and even as a relaxing indulgence. Cool down with a mist of lightly-scented spray on a hot summer day. It’s okay to be a little extravagant. Here are my favorite face mists for summer.
1. Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray Thirsty Skin relief is not a joke. Use it daily as a moisturizer or to fix your makeup with added moisturizing effects. This product contains a lot of aloe but no oil. Ideal for skin that’s sensitive.
2. L’Occitane Rose 4 Reines hydrating face mist smells divine! This face mist with rose scent will make your skin feel smooth, hydrated and rejuvenated. The mist also has a lovely, airy fragrance.
3. La Mer The Mist is perfect for men after shaving, and essential for any person wherever they are on the gender spectrum after being out in the sun or wind. This mist provides a quick burst to moisture your skin after being exposed to wind or sun.
4. Hope Springs Eternal Deep Sea Hydrating Mist contains over 250 minerals to nourish and replenish your skin. This densely-packed nutrient-blast will give your skin an instant boost and moisture.
5. Juice Beauty Hydrating Mist is my absolute favorite. The travel size version is always in my bag. It’s my go-to face mist when I feel tired, or my skin feels a little dry. When it is really hot I put the small container in my canoe to enjoy a refreshing and cool spritz while I am drifting down the river. It smells amazing, and I’ve been known to spray it on my hair when at a concert or share some with friends. It is refreshing, energizing, and hydrating. It’s so good!
Face Mists are versatile and make me think of Franzia. Face Mists are great for moisturizing, setting makeup, as an aftershave, or even as a light fragrance. Some of them can be substituted for lotion. On hot days, these travel tubes can either be stored in the refrigerator or cooler. They can also be used at sporting events, concerts or when camping.
